I met Cale and in our conversation I discovered he had a concrete business. I told him what I wanted done and asked if he would be interested. He was and said he would come take measurements in 2 days. He showed up when he said he would, took measurements, and had an estimate for me the next day and was what I felt was a reasonable cost. Cale showed up to do the jobs when he said he would. There was a delay because of a backlog of concrete orders from the supplier and he immediately contacted me to let me know and with a new day he would come. The workmanship was beautiful. I recently had Cale and his crew install some sidewalk and patio in our backyard. It was a great experience. Things that stood out to me: (1) Prompt at returning my initial calls/texts. (2) Prompt on sending a bid after their initial visit. (3) Gave me a projected start date for the project and actually stuck to it. Even better was being notified a week ahead of when they planned on starting. (4) Being updated and informed throughout the entire project. Cale was great at communicating which is one of the hardest things we’ve dealt with when hiring other contractors. He was quick to respond and ready to answer any questions. He was happy to come bid our job out in Duncan. Finding building professionals to come here is not an easy thing. They started right when he estimated and communicated with us before making sure we were still ready to go. He worked right along with his crew teaching them and ensuring quality the whole time. Him and his crew were very respectful especially with having my kids in and out of the house. Cale came back a few days later to touch up a couple of things and made sure to let us know that we could contact him if we had any issues (which I don’t foresee). Delivering on quality seems to be his priority. If we have the need for more concrete work In The future we will definitely hire him and his crew again. Thanks guys for a job well done.
